With many of our customers either dedicated or aspiring randonneurs, excitement is building for the 2013 brevet season! Randonneuring is a form of organized long distance cycling where riders are given time limits to complete courses of various distances. These courses are called brevets - the most famous being the 1200 km Paris-Brest-Paris, held once every four years. Luckily, there are many shorter and more frequently held brevets around the world, including local ones organized by the New England Randonneurs. The season begins with the 100km Populaire, coming up April 20th. That’s pretty soon!
